Description

Sodium azide NaN3 is often used to prevent antibody degradation in 0,02% W/V concentrations. MyBioSource supplies azide free antibodies on request.Recently MyBioSource made this IgG1 Isotype Control, Clone B-Z1[IgG1 Isotype Control, Clone B-Z1] available without azide. It will stick less and is more suitable for ELISA or in vivo studies. However you need to store the @VV@ frozen and ship on dry ice.Isotype or positive controls by peptides, antibodies and deactivated samples.

Properties

Immunoglobulin Isotype specific antibodies and controls are specific to the immunoglobulin heavy chains and immunoglobulin light chains. Mouse monoclonal antibodies from this clone have all the same affinity to the antigen. Also polyclonal antibodies are Isotype purified amd conjugated or if they are used as control non conjugated.
